- Participants will define sales and personal goals, and develop an action plan
- Topics include: Networking and prospecting, marketing, pre-qualifying, effective calling strategies, questioning to determine wants and needs, active listening techniques, demonstration skills, creating urgency, securing commitments, follow-up, handling stalls and objections, prioritizing and time management, and more!
- Format involves discussion of material, practice, role play, and practical application to specific professional scenarios.
