What can you expect from the Leadership Program?
The Leadership Development Program is a one or two
part process for individuals or leadership teams.
Leadership Teams:
- The first step is a twelve week process of two hour sessions
geared towards identifying each individual’s leadership
strengths and how to use these strengths to be a more effective
leader.
- The follow-up step involves three sessions tailored for
the individual needs of the group and how to hone the leadership
skills that have been developed and how to incorporate
them into the daily life of the organization.
Individual Leadership:
- The first step is a twelve week coaching process of ninety
minutes sessions geared towards identifying your individual
leadership strengths and how to use these strengths to
be a more effective leader.
- The follow-up step involves additional sessions to actively
work on making behavior changes to improve your current
leadership and create more positive outcomes in your leadership
roles.
Deliverables of the Leadership Development Program:
- Published and researched text and CD’s of text
for entire program.
- Published action plan to work on individual strengths
and areas to develop with detailed goal planning sections
that participants will use for their lifetime.
- Email and phone consultation with facilitator throughout
program.
- Productivity Assessment for the entire group to define
their current productivity and measurable goal setting.
- Behavioral Assessment to determine the various behavior’s
of the leadership team and determine how the team can lead
more effectively.
- Time Management Analysis of each participant’s
ability to manage their personal and professional time.
