Vinay Kumar

Vinay is renowned for his “transparent conversations” and his superior skills as a teacher, mentor, executive coach and strategic planner. Prior to joining Winning Ways, Mr. Kumar was a Principal for GRC Direct, where he served as Vice President of Operations, responsible for marketing, business development and human resources.  Vinay is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). Vinay was honored with ASAE’s All-Star Award for his outstanding service to the association community. He and his wife have two daughters and reside in Great Falls, Virginia.
